Vercel has added an eve agent builder to its dashboard. The flow creates the agent’s files in a private Git repository and deploys them as a new project on the user’s Vercel team, with a chat interface ready to use.

Users write the instructions that define the agent’s behavior and choose a model available through AI Gateway. The builder can add a Next.js web chat or a Slack channel, rather than requiring the developer to assemble that interface separately.

The agent can connect to services such as Linear and Notion, or use a custom Model Context Protocol server to reach other tools and data. These connections are configured as part of the setup.

The entry point is Add New, then Agent, in the dashboard. The generated repository remains available for customization after deployment.
