Polimill says its QommonsAI platform was used by 1,050 municipalities and public-sector organizations, covering about 550,000 public employees, as of July 2026. The company published those figures in an August 21 recruitment notice, not an independent adoption survey.

QommonsAI provides specialist AI applications for administrative work such as preparing council responses, checking laws, supporting public services and dealing with residents’ questions. Polimill describes the problem as connecting knowledge scattered across paper records, meeting minutes, internal systems and experienced staff.

The company says many deployments are intended for use across an organization, with training and customer support to help employees use the software in their daily work.

Polimill also outlined plans for Qommons ONE, an application store for public-sector services. The store was still a plan, separate from the applications already described as being in use.
