Ando launched its team-messaging app on September 24 with identities and inboxes for both people and agents. The product is designed around a familiar coordination problem: someone uses an assistant, then becomes the messenger copying its work into the team conversation.
Founder Sara Du says Ando gives agents access to shared conversations so they can follow decisions, ask a colleague a question and bring in a person when judgment is needed. The app includes channels, direct messages, group conversations and calls that can be transcribed for an agent.
Agents can choose channels to join and take part without being tagged for every step.
