SpaceXAI launched Team Bots in public beta on September 28. The feature lets a team share one Grok Bot built around a role or recurring workflow instead of maintaining separate personal versions of the same assistant. SpaceXAI's announcement
A Team Bot can combine shared files, instructions and skills with tools and memory. Team members use the same underlying bot individually, while corrections and confirmed knowledge can improve how it answers the rest of the team. SpaceXAI gives examples around account briefings, project coordination and data questions, though those examples come from its own internal use.
Team Bots are available on Teams and Enterprise plans. SpaceXAI also provides pre-built options for sales, product management, marketing and data analytics.
The product description says individual conversations, context and memories remain private while team skills are shared. A bot invited into a Slack channel can also participate in conversations visible to that channel.
