Maxxwell organizes coding-agent sessions into task lanes and highlights work that needs a person’s attention. Its interface groups running tasks, stalled sessions and questions instead of requiring users to inspect every terminal separately.
The product supports existing coding tools, including Claude Code and Codex. A managing agent can be asked to check progress and follow up with other agents.
Each session shows its context usage and requests for attention alongside recent activity. Users can answer a question in the workspace or reopen that session to continue the work. A command-line interface also lists the coding-agent runtimes installed on the machine.
Downloads are available for macOS, Windows and Linux. Maxxwell is free to use, with users supplying their own agent subscriptions or API credentials.
