LLM cliché highlighter marks sentences that match a visible collection of writing patterns. Readers can inspect the rule behind a highlight, disable individual patterns, and jump between matches. Its checks include repeated sentence openings and chains of similarly phrased clauses.
The tool's embedded source uses regular expressions and other explicit pattern-matching functions. Some rules are adapted from Wikipedia's guide to signs of AI writing. A match therefore identifies a textual pattern; it does not establish who wrote the text or whether its claims are accurate.
Pasted text is checked in the browser and retained in local storage. Loading a URL has different behavior: the tool requests text through Jina's reader service and also attempts a direct fetch. The interface reports match counts and can hide unflagged passages, letting an editor concentrate on the sentences that triggered rules without replacing the original wording.
