Editors using Mux in Contentful can now run AI video tasks without moving into a separate processing interface. Mux added support for Robots to its Contentful app on October 6.
The integration covers dubbing into other languages, premium captions and automatic chapters. It can also find key moments, summarize footage or run content moderation. Editors can follow each job in the same place they manage the video.
A workflow can run on demand for a chosen asset. Directives provide another route: editors can chain workflows that execute on every upload, so recurring processing does not need a separate start command for each clip.
The release brings Mux Robots into the Contentful app rather than introducing a new video model.
